Exit Victoria Station via the Buckingham Palace Road entrance, located near the Gatwick Express platforms. Turn left and walk along Buckingham Palace Road until you reach the first major junction. Cross at the traffic lights, turn left again, walk about 20 yards, and then turn right into Bulleid Way. Please note that the coach does not leave from Victoria Coach Station.

Due to legal restrictions on driver working hours, the tour will finish near Gloucester Road Underground Station, which is within Zone 1. This station is three stops from Victoria on the District or Circle line and also served by the Piccadilly Line.

Yes, unless your tour is scheduled on a Tuesday or Wednesday, when the Castle is closed. In such cases, a guided walking tour of Windsor town will be provided instead. Windsor Castle may also close on other dates due to royal events or official functions. The castle is closed from 24 to 26 December each year.

St George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays due to religious services taking place throughout the day. Visitors may attend the services, but general access to view the chapel or the royal tombs, including that of Queen Elizabeth II, will not be available.

Yes, there are scheduled closures at the chapel including Tuesday 2nd September, when it opens at 1pm, Saturday 20th September, when it closes at 1pm, and Tuesday 23rd September, when it is closed all day. If the State Apartments are closed during your visit, other areas such as the Precincts and the Drawings Gallery will still be open.
