If you're running late, there's no need to contact anyone in advance. Simply make your way to the Lift 109 entrance and head straight to the welcome desk. The on-site team will do their best to get you in or rebook you for the next available time slot. Please be aware that a rebooking fee may apply, and availability is not guaranteed.
Once inside, the experience lasts approximately 30–45 minutes. Visitors typically reach the top viewing platform around 20 minutes after entering the gallery, depending on queue times.
No, storage is not available at Lift 109. Only small bags (A4 size or smaller) that can be carried on your person are permitted. Luggage, large bags, and wheeled suitcases will not be accepted, and there is no cloakroom or holding area.
To ensure a smooth visit, please avoid bringing any of the following, as entry will be refused and tickets are non-refundable:
Large bags or luggage
Open drinks, hot drinks, or food
Alcohol or glass containers
Knives, tools, or sharp objects
Drones, tripods, selfie sticks
Bikes, scooters, skateboards, sports equipment
Professional photography gear (unless approved)
Illegal substances or hazardous items
Non-ADUK-certified animals (pets and emotional support animals not permitted)

Yes, pushchairs are allowed in the gallery at the beginning of the experience.
However, they cannot enter the lift. Staff will direct you to a secure buggy park before the Infinity Room.
