Took my 5-year-old daughter to The Paddington Bear™ Experience and it was pure joy. The scenes were so well planned and acted—kids could really get involved. Staff were super friendly and made it feel personal, with small group sizes and characters speaking to each child. A lovely, thoughtful day out!

The core experience lasts approximately 70 minutes from your ticket start time. Afterwards, guests are welcome to relax in Windsor Gardens, enjoying games, treats and Marmalade Day festivities for up to an additional hour.
Absolutely! This is a family-friendly experience for all ages. Please note there are occasional loud sounds and flashing lights — but friendly staff will always be on hand to help.
Yes, anyone aged 17 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ within the same time slot. Each adult can supervise up to 5 guests under 18.
Photography and filming are not allowed during the experience itself. But once you reach Windsor Gardens, you’re welcome to snap photos and videos — including photo ops with Paddington himself!
Each timed entry group includes a maximum of 30 guests. Please make sure your full party arrives together to check in.
Toilets are available before and after the experience. We recommend using the facilities before entering, as re-entry cannot be guaranteed and toilet access during the experience may take up to 10 minutes depending on your location in the experience.

Buggies aren’t allowed inside the experience, but there’s a complimentary buggy park onsite. Please note it’s unattended, so we recommend placing valuables in the secure cloakroom (charges apply). Bags are not permitted inside the experience.
